    Cycology is a fresh approach to emotional wellbeing—combining guided cycling with open, supportive conversation. As a psychology student and Mental Health Access Worker (not a qualified therapist or psychologist), I create a relaxed space to talk while we ride. Whether it’s work, relationships, stress, or life in general, these sessions offer a healthy, movement-based way to reflect, connect, and feel heard. It’s about supporting your mental health in motion—because sometimes, the best conversations happen on the move.

    Walkology is a calm, supportive space to talk while walking—offering time to reflect, share, and connect in nature. As a psychology student and Mental Health Access Worker, I bring a person-centred, non-judgmental approach to conversations about life, work, relationships, or whatever’s on your mind. While I’m not a qualified therapist or psychologist, I offer compassionate, informed support grounded in mental health experience and a belief in the mind-body connection. Sometimes, a good walk and a listening ear can go a long way.
